• At least one manual fee must be paid per school (regardless of which director is listed) in order for all instrumental ensembles from that school to participate in Festival and Solo & Ensemble Festival.

• If a school has more than one director listed, their intention is to receive their own copy of the Manual materials.

• A director having more than one elementary school only has to pay the manual fee for their base or home school.
