1.  Assembly Room Monitor is to call students to the warm-up room at appropriate intervals.  In addition, this director is to monitor the behavior of the students in the assembly room.  Students should not play at all in the assembly room.  No more than five students per instrument group should be in a warm-up room at a time.  When there are no more students in the Assembly Room, help the Site Chairman until the conclusion of the auditions.

2.  Registration Assistant should monitor students in the registration area.  All students should come prepared with their registration slip already completed.  Percussionists auditioning on more than one instrument should indicate their preference; otherwise, their preference will be understood to be:  1. snare, 2. tympani and 3. mallets.  Remain and assist the Site Chairman until the conclusion of the auditions.
